All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping times vary based on your location, but most U.S. orders arrive within 3-7 business days after shipment.
Because many of our products are hand-assembled and adapted, occasional delays may occur-we truly appreciate your patience!
If you need your product sooner, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to accomodate.
Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident in your purchase.
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused and in original condition
• Items must be returned in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required
Please note:
• Due to the nature of adaptive and customized items, certain products may be final sale (this will be noted on the product listing)
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or defective
If your item arrives damaged or isn’t working as expected, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
