Resilient Parents Collective
Parenting a child with a disability requires extraordinary strength, patience, advocacy, and love. It can also feel overwhelming, isolating, and emotionally exhausting.
The Resilient Parents Collective is designed to support you, the parent.
This is a guided, structured group coaching experience where parents can:
• Process stress in a healthy way
• Learn tools for emotional regulation
• Build sustainable self-care habits
• Strengthen communication and boundaries
• Connect with other parents who understand
• Develop resilience without losing themselves
This is not therapy.
This is coaching, focused on growth, strategy, wellness, and leadership within the home.
Each session provides a supportive environment to reflect, reset, and build practical tools that can be applied immediately in daily life.
